HOW DOES IT WORK? Each pulse of light will gently heat up the upper layers of your skin, stimulating your skin cells to generate new collagen as well as clearing pigmentation and small facial veins. Your treatment will be tailored to match your skin condition and your desired effect. The result is a visibly clearer, smoother, vibrant skin with a more youthful appearance. This minimally invasive and gentle procedure can be performed during lunch-time with virtually no down-time. In most cases you will be able to apply make-up and resume your normal activities straight away.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING THE PROCEDURE? Your eyes will be protected with safety shields or glasses. The Limelight hand piece cools and soothes as it glides along your skin. When each pulse of light is delivered, you may experience a mild pinching or stinging sensation.

WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED? Typically face, decolleté and hands or any areas showing signs of sun damage.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE TREATMENT? Immediately following treatment, brown spots will start to darken and your skin may appear slightly red. Make-up can be applied to cover the redness.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS? Within one to three weeks, the darkened spots will flake off and fade and skin redness and tiny veins will decrease improving an uneven complexion. One to three treatments are usually sufficient to see results.
